Cancellations for groups and travel agencies

• within 30 days before arrival – cancellation of the contract or reservation / both of the partners/ without giving a reason – free of charge
  
  
• within 14 days before confirmed arrival – charge 50% of the total confirmed price
  
  
• from 2 to 13 days before confirmed arrival – charge 75% of the total confirmed price
  
  
• 1 day before the confirmed arrival – the total confirmed price

In case of late arrival, i.e. after 17:00 please inform the reception either by telephone +420 585 502 999 or by email booking@hotel-alley.cz.

We request together with the reservation a guarantee as credit card number or deposit. For payment on the invoice the whole invoice address.

Please, if you want to make a reservation send us a number of cc, name of holder and the date of expiration. It is guarancee for us.
